Ilford Delta 3200

Ilford Delta 3200 is a high-speed black & white film built specifically for low light, making it a natural choice for concerts, night streets, and anywhere else the light won't cooperate. Its nominal ISO of 3200 is actually a starting point rather than a fixed number. This film is designed to be pushed, and its robust emulsion holds up well even when rated as high as EI 12,800 in development, giving you real freedom to shoot in near-darkness without the image falling apart.

Despite that speed, it still holds onto a fine grain structure and strong resolving power, so you get more sharpness and detail than you'd expect from a film this fast. Its wide exposure latitude adds a further bit of breathing room, useful when lighting is changing quickly or hard to judge on the fly.
