Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, any items received must be returned in the same condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage costs are not covered by the return policy and will not be included in the refunded amount. 

To begin a return request, please contact us quoting the order reference number so our team can advise further.


Cancellations / Rescheduled time slots
You have until 48 hours before a requested timeslot to cancel or reschedule. Refunds will not be processed due to a failure to attend. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us directly.
