Gifting

A darkroom workshop can be the perfect gift for someone with an interest in film photography. We've made the process as simple and flexible as possible to ensure both the buyer and the recipient have an enjoyable experience.

Step 1: Select the workshop

Begin by choosing the workshop or course that best suits your recipient's interests and skill level. Decide whether you also want to attend the workshop - you'll benefit from a 20% discount for each additional attendee.

Step 2: Complete checkout

Once you've selected your workshop, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. You will receive an order reference number in the format #N1234D which serves as confirmation of your booking and can be used to manage the next steps.

Step 3: Receive your welcome pack

We'll send you a welcome pack by post shortly after your purchase. This pack contains detailed instructions, and overview of the workshop, and everything your recipient needs to know to book and attend their session.

Step 4: Flexible scheduling for the recipient

The workshop time slot can be selected at any time after purchase using our booking calendar. We recommend gifting the welcome pack alone with the order reference number so your recipient can book a date and time that works best for them. There's no time limit between purchase and booking, allowing them to schedule at their convenience.

Step 5: Enjoy the experience

The recipient will receive a reminder email 24 hours before the session. This ensures they won't miss out on their special gift. Our community darkroom can be found on the outskirts of Manchester city centre - location.

By following these steps, you can gift an experience that's as enjoyable to give as it is to receive. For any further queries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

This workshop can be purchased as part of a comprehensive course, which bundles multiple workshops together. Courses offer an in-depth learning experience over multiple dates, at a more cost-effective price when compared to booking workshops individually.
