Hosted within Pollard Yard, on the outskirts of Manchester city centre, our community darkroom is a mere 2-minute stroll from the Holt Town tram stop, and a leisurely walk from the scenic Ancoats marina. We have on-site parking available for guests, and welcome drop-in visitors every Saturday 11am-5pm.

Join us on Thursday 4th July for a members only group workshop. This workshop provides our darkroom members the chance to delve into the craft of hand-developing C41 colour film while connecting with other participants.

Bring a roll of 35mm or 120 C41 colour film for hands-on development guidance from both our skilled team and your fellow community peers. At the end of the workshop, you'll not only leave with newfound skills and a collection of beautifully developed negatives, but also with a deeper appreciation for the art and heritage of film photography.
